Returns
To begin your return please follow these steps:
- Fill your name and email below
- Write your order number in the "Message" section, along with the reason for your return
- State whether you'd prefer an exchange, refund, or store credit (recommended)
- Send message. We will be in-contact with your return label and further instructions

You would have received your order number in an email from us, when you first placed your order. It is a number beginning with the letters "PB"
You have 30 days from receiving the item to make a return. Please make sure the products are in their original condition
If you require an exchange we will send the new size completely free of any postage charge. If you require a refund we will cover the return postage. If any balance remains, it will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the goods. If you would like store credit (to the value of your order) we can arrange that also
The store credit will be sent to you via a virtual gift card. This can be used as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0
Once we receive and verify your returned items your exchange will be posted to you, along with email confirmation. If you have requested a refund you will receive an email from us once this has been sent. No, you can follow the return steps above and state in the message that you wish to exchange your product. Please state what size (or other variation) of the product you wish to exchange to
We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 28 days from when your order was received. Please note exceptions to this rule: Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging
