Shipping policy
Delivery rates
We offer free standard delivery on all orders of £75 or more. For orders below £75, a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.99 applies. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12:00 midday on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next available business day.
Delivery times
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders. Delivery is estimated within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Delivery locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to fulfil orders to international addresses, PO boxes, or BFPO addresses at this time.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your expected delivery date, please get in touch with us and we will investigate on your behalf. Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date, at which point we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.
